San’a’ke 🙏
The holographic nature of reality… We know that we live in a hologram and that in a hologram, every particle contains the whole. Therefore, we are indeed in every particle. And we think that this ‘one’ point of focus out of trillions of other possible versions of reality is ‘us’. Kind of puts things in perspective…
I am often reminding myself that ‘I am’ the car; ‘I am’ the tree; ‘I am’ the people and the houses and the traffic jam, the galaxies and nebulae; I am all of that, as it helps me to feel a more expansive version of myself than this one point of focus I call ‘the body’.
