A few years ago, Ascended Life used to talk about ‘following the ascending particle’. I believe, what you expressed in the above quote, Da Pah Kwan Yin San, is what was meant by that.
The simplicity of always remembering to express San truly silences the mind, as we all have experienced many times. I have noticed for myself that this state of being instantaneously shuts off any worry, fears, anxieties or whatever mental distractions the program might throw at one as they simply cannot exist in a tonal realm. As such, things and people start changing in your expressed reality. And this, of course, is all the more incentive to keep following one’s ascending particle. Life is so much more exciting and expansive that way!

I know from experience that it is true, in times we have been able to stay in San, anything seems possible and is created effortlessly and even more beautiful than one could have dreamed of. From that space we are easily guided into expansive dimensions of ourselves.

Pondering what to write about this stopped me in my tracks for awhile as I contemplate the fullness of what this means and how to be of assistance to “other-selves” interacting with the Study of the Pah and this digital ascension platform in my comment. The Study of the Pah is not simply study. It must be expressed and experienced through an ever-increasing and expanding conscious awareness in ever more delicate and subtle ways expressed through the Akene and kakra system interacting with very delicate and subtle fields we cannot yet see. Borrowing from a Study of the Pah Supporting Text not yet released here by Da Pah Lao Tze San, we must train ourselves, with guidance and training by Ascended Life, to become delicate and subtle, while at the same time remaining in this world from a tonal perspective of San, which is the discipline needed to “walk the Pah” and master it –a mastery we are at the beginning of at this time of writing. From my experience as a direct student of Ascended Life, Da Pah Kwan Yin San’s quote, every word, resonates with every particle of my being such that I also absolutely know in every particle of my being that every word is absolute truth. I look forward to finding myself in a space where I “look back and wonder how I got there because it went so fast; it went so unnoticed; it went so fast and it went so easy and effortless and elegant and swift and subtle and delicate” — an internal knowing for me and for all who have, are, or will ever walk the Pah is also absolutely true and can be nothing less.
