Simplicity Kills the Mind

Da Pah Ekara San

March 11, 2010

New energy simply means energy in simplicity. The way old energy particles worked within the confines of this universe was to create complex systems that were unable to blend together or simplify and so they did not truly support consciousness to exist.

Consciousness is simple. It is ever creating change but is unchangeable and, in its elegance, it never repeats the same patterning twice. You have often been informed about this and existing in this fashion should be a consideration and a practice of yours in every moment.

Consciousness supports new energy and vice versa because both are based on the powerful creative tool called simplicity. New energy consists of Sovereign Energy Particles that are designed – by you – to create in such a way that at their lowest potential for achievement they still far outweigh the highest achievement rate possible when using the convoluted complexity of old energy systems.

All this being true, many people – even you sometimes, perhaps – still live their lives and create their experiences and express about their past based on the ways of old energy. The reason why this is so unfortunate is that you, as tonal beings, are in full creative mode and as such keep the old systems alive. The moment you change this about yourself and you do it truthfully, the change will show up in your life. Try it, you shall see.

You shall see. Three powerful words indeed, but what then is this thing called clear sight? It means seeing that life is change and that change can only come from simplifying yourself. It means the realization that you are now truly working with new energy. You have created it and it is yours to use.

You have been told before that many were bumped off their path, temporarily for most, when new energy truly began to settle in. Their (spiritual) mind was still too complex to allow simplicity. It knew that simplicity would kill it.

Simplicity kills the mind. It is what we used to say in Lemuria to beings that had just arrived on this Earth and while they were still getting used to carrying what is now known as a personality (which, at that time, wasn’t yet parasitical).

To put it more specifically, simplicity is an antidote to spiritual mind. The former is a key for achieving freedom; the latter is set up to keep you locked into a maze of networks and spider webs of books and information that stretches all over the planet and even into virtual spaces this day and age. As it feeds you more and more information it also feeds you the lie that you are expanding. I am not saying information is bad, I am not saying that you should stop accumulating information. Instead, I urge you to change the way you experience information and that way is simplicity.

Do not think for a second that you will expand because of information alone, Imzaia. Information means nothing to teachers like myself until you show you have made it practical; until you show that you have experienced it by expressing it. That’s when things become simple.

Da Ojadasan’ka Adamus Valen San, in a recent teaching of his, has shared with you very, very simple facts. The aftermath, however, which proves the existence of spiritual mind within you, was that many of you reacted to his teaching in a very complex way. One explanation for that is that the facts were internalized on a theoretical and not a practical or expansive level. You were not ready to apply the simplicities of it yet because of spiritual mind.

As the Ojadasan’ka explained, it is the near-endless repetition of attributes over an extremely long amount of linear time that stimulates you to create your reality the old and complex way. Now, however, is the time that you will be pushed by your own essence into experiencing that simplicity is the key to unlock this conundrum.

Seek examples of that in your life and change your inner outlook forever.

Go explore and find how you can bring the simplicity of new energy into your life.

Do it now, as you come to the end of these words.

You truly have nothing to lose.

Instead, you have everything to gain.

San’a’ke ❤️

Having gone through the SOV Sessions 148 to 155 again, in which Free Energy, its principles and applications are being discussed a lot, and the understanding that Free Energy basically is Vah and the principles of Free Energy the Active Ingredients of San, the text in this excerpt makes so much more sense to me.

It has always been said that we initially could not understand the simplicity of things, mind cannot but make things complicated, simply because it is not based on truth, and therefore constantly creates levels of confusion.

Also the sentence that consciousness never repeats the same pattern twice, and of course never is based on something that came before, or will come after, is something I am focused on turning into more of a practical application.

The mind certainly has become more quiet, it is easier to stay in the now, and to choose my expression and thus my experience.

Just some sharing. If you feel inspired to share where you are with things or what you are focussing on I would love to read about it. We are doing this together, and I am so grateful for everyone’s presence here!

San’a’ke o Da’ka’ya Da Pah Ekara San ❤️ for such a clear explanation of the complexity of the mind, the trap of spiritual mind and how to ‘work’ with simplicity, the ‘working with’ part an oxymoron, of course: simplicity is never convoluted or difficult. Like love, for example, it just is, waiting for us to simply step into it.

I remember the moments that I ‘owned up’ to the complexity of ‘my’ mind and the first time I heard about spiritual mind. I was shocked to learn that the mind actually makes a copy of consciousness to fool us in thinking we are expanding when we are not, keeping us going around in repetitive circles getting us nowhere, prey for a parasitical personality and a mind that does not have the capacity to know real gain nor real expansion. This shock actually had me wondering how to know when I was in spiritual mind or not, adding an additional layer of complexity by trying to mentally solve the problem, rather than simply expressing simplicity through the heart space. I have learned since then, but still actively remind myself of this teaching proactively or whenever anything feels less than simple. Ascended Life has always said that ascension is a practical event; by applying this and all Imzaia teachings, is how we make ascension practical.

In love and gratitude, always.

‘Simplicity is an antidote to spiritual mind’. What a powerful ‘teaching in a nutshell’.

In the personality life (before I stepped into ascension training), I found myself indeed caught up in spiritual mind, gathering information, always seeking ‘truth’ and thinking after every book I read and every workshop I attended that, surely, I must have expanded. After all, I had received more information about all kinds of metaphysical topics that must have brought me closer to enlightenment.

Well, it didn’t, just like Da Pah Ekara San said. If anything, I got more and more frustrated because I could feel truth, but could neither express it with words nor find it reflected in any book. Yes, maybe a piece here and there that resonated somewhere deep down, but nothing really to write home about – until finally, my incessant search brought Ascended Life onto my path, and with that, everything changed. I realized that I had been going around in circles. The calling from my essence to expand did seep into my conscious mind, but it also got interpreted by it, making everything much more complex than the simplicity of the kakric system and the expression of San. Above all, it became crystal clear that philosophy is dead. I can philosophize and theorize until the cows come home, but unless I put everything into practice on a moment to moment basis, expressing San, I am truly only expanding spiritual mind.

We have experienced countless times that when we fall back into the old vibrational ways (habits, parameters, belief systems, etc.), we tend to make things much more complicated, and chaos ensues. On the other hand, when we stick to simplicity and remember to only express San, everything just flows effortlessly.

Da’ka’ya Da Pah Ekara San for reminding us that simplicity is the key.

Da’ka’ya Da Pah Ekara San, o Da’ka’ya for expanding on the point of Spiritual Mind, Da Akeyasan Chachi Ram San. It is vitally important to remember that just reading or speaking about change, without the every heartbeat application and thus expression and action needed, will only increase the filters of personality. They might be somewhat more hidden, but are nevertheless getting stronger.

Simplicity does not need any of this. It brings peace within, and indeed effortlessness in creation.

Yes, Da Akeyasan Amy San, spiritual mind really is a huge trap – and created to be just that – for anyone who is starting to awaken with a burning passion for getting to know Self, the true essence that cannot be found in the physical realms or be perceived by the very limited 5 physical senses. It is exactly that openness, I feel, that hunger to make known the unknown, which makes one an easy target for spiritual mind. It is, however, not ‘talking the walk’ that will get us out of here, but truly walking the talk, applying the teachings in our daily lives at all times.

San’a’ke 💕

The amount of complexity in the mind is beyond what we can compute! It often becomes very clear how the choice for a very simple way was the best option. The mind is very quick discarding simplicity. It is often mistaken as a stupid choice, not intellectually acceptable, not good enough. It does take some efforts to let go of the complexity and embrace simplicity in every choice one makes. It takes some practice to kill the mind.

One sentence here is so very important to remember :

Information means nothing to teachers like myself until you show you have made it practical; until you show that you have experienced it by expressing it. That’s when things become simple.
