Simplicity in a nutshell… Da’ka’ya Da Pah Lao Tze San for this powerful teaching.
As always, it really comes down to being in the Now, having one’s full attention and focus on whatever it is one is doing or contemplating, without allowing oneself to be distracted by anything or anyone. As long as one is worried about something, one cannot be present in the Now, as generally, one’s thoughts are straying to some illusory future event or to something that supposedly happened in the past. Whatever it may be, it is not now and, as such, it is illusion. When one adheres to this first of Da Pah Ekara San’s ‘Six Simplicities’ (being here now), there is no pressure. There is only presence.

San’a’ke ❤️ When there is the understanding of being the Heart of all things instead of the things put upon that Heart, there is no longer pressure, there is only Presence ❤️🙏🏻❤️
San’a’ke Da Akeyasan Kalynda San 💖 Da’ka’ya for your comment 🙏💖 It is, of course, very helpful to have expressions in words like ‘Consciousness’, ‘Awareness’, ‘Presence’, ‘the Heart of All Things’ and the like to help us all remember this is what we are and that this is available at all times. At the ‘end of the day’, metaphorically speaking, its how we express them in action as we create our reality that changes our experience and generates expansion, not only for ourselves but in service to the Whole for All. When we are Conscious, Aware, and in Presence, pressure is impossible. It is a mental concept, after all, and never in the Now. What I really love about your comment is the feeling that you are describing fully stepping into Presence , therefore leaving pressure in all of its illusory forms in the dust where they belong. Thank you for your beautiful Presence and support in making this real for all of us! 💖🌼 San’a’kaya i ohami sanzaia’e 🙏
