“Tabernacle of Tranquility” (Session 33 of the Study of the Pah) is a feature length, channeled presentation by the beloved Adamus Saint Germain. It was recorded on November 26, 2024, in the Ascended Master School in Zeeland, the Netherlands.

In this message, Adamus, who was in a jolly good mood, as you’ll see, presented a cozy and helpful sharing and a practical deepening of the material that has been taught in the Creator Manifest so far.

In doing so, he shares a lot of personal stories of his own time as an ascension student, and how he was taught these same truths, while guiding you to explore the practice of the material presented for yourself.

When what Adamus teaches and discusses here is practiced and applied by you in full, concepts such as portal travel, healing through natural well-being, and moving beyond the linear space/time matrix that by most is considered the baseline reality, will become your new normal.

FULL DESCRIPTION

Welcome to “Tabernacle of Tranquility,” a profound spiritual talk by Adamus Saint Germain. In this captivating session, Adamus greets a global audience—both physically present and connected across time and space—with a playful song about “Mister Sahvok,” a nod to the deceptive energies of duality, before diving into a rich exploration of metaphysical concepts.

Building on his previous discussion of infinometry, he takes us deeper into the nature of reality, sharing personal anecdotes and practical guidance for ascension.

With an open heart and a touch of humor, Adamus weaves this moment into a benevolent experience, inviting us to transcend the mind’s limitations and embrace the tranquility of the belly kakra.

The talk begins with a nostalgic journey to Adamus’s pre-ascended days in Troyes, France, where he studied with Da Pah Kwan Yin San in an ascension house. He recounts a magical cupboard that opened to other realities, allowing teachers to manifest as light bodies.

It was here he first encountered pocket dimensions, self-contained realities within the holographic training ground we inhabit. His inaugural visit to a pyramid-shaped “club” within Isis of ancient Egypt’s beingness (later his wife) revealed a non-dualistic, Sankara-based reflection of home base reality.

These dimensions, he explains, act as behind-the-scenes stages, exposing time and space as illusions and hosting akeneic creations—artists and innovators who guide humanity’s awakening—though sahvok can twist these energies for misdirection.

Adamus then tackles the mind’s role, dubbing its spiritual aspect a sahvok reflection that traps permanent states like love and joy in conditional, time-bound forms.

Contrasting today’s complexity with simpler eras, he recalls how early humans connected to awe under the stars, a natural link to inherent states shared by animals and plants.

True understanding, he insists, lies in practice, not theory, as language distorts these direct truths.

This leads to the kakra system, introduced by Da Pah Kwan Yin San to Adamus in his time as a student as “the three tabernacles.”

Reinterpreting the biblical Tabernacle as a Merkavah of collective consciousness, Adamus defines the head kakra (Tabernacle of Truth) as the seat of illusion, the heart kakra (Tabernacle of Transcendence) as the sole reality, and the belly kakra (Tabernacle of Tranquility) as a non-defined haven of permanent states, free from mind and time.

Delving into “I Am That I Am,” Adamus explains how the heart kakra triples into head and belly kakras to enter this holographic training reality, forming the ego-mind-personality complex. The belly, as the Tabernacle of Tranquility, silences the mind, accessing a tachyonic void of pure potential. Abandonment, he clarifies, isn’t discarding illusions but leaving them in the head kakra, retrievable for when needed. The belly holds only permanent states—love, joy, freedom—in their unfiltered essence, beyond the mind’s grasp. This shift, he promises, expands experience, offering wholeness over fragmentation.

Practically, Adamus introduces the Sankara technique: focus on a real, familiar place tied to a permanent state (e.g., wellbeing in Hawaii), evoke related states in the head, then shift to the belly, abandoning ego and linear frameworks. This enables instant “travel” without movement, as all moments are one. He advises starting simply and warns of initial unpredictability, urging practice over hesitation. Resistance, he notes, stems from attachment to the familiar, yet the audience’s presence signals readiness to progress.

Closing with an invitation to explore the belly’s tranquility over the next few days, Adamus prepares us for upcoming talks by the Seven Infinities, Ra, and others.

This isn’t theory—it’s practice for awakening to our infinite nature. Join Adamus in this transformative journey, and let’s venture beyond the head into the Tabernacle of Tranquility together.

Mister Sahvok bring me a dream

Make it the most real that I’ve ever seen

Give it extremes in duality

And make it so that I just can’t see

Mister Sahvok I’m so alone

You are the sweetest demon I’ve ever known

Please turn on your magic scream

Mister Sahvok bring me a dream

Hello everybody, I am that I am, Adamus Saint Germain, known to the Imzaia Consciousness as Da Ojadasan’ka Adamus Valen San. And as always, it is wonderful to pop in, and to be here with all of you, everyone that has gathered here in physicality, of course, and also all of you connecting around this infinite sphere known as Gaia, across time, and across space. Welcome.

Welcome to this moment, which I popped into unprepared as always, with an open heart, with an open mind, and with an open belly, so that all of us together can weave this moment into the most benevolent, beneficial, and beloved version of itself.

Yes, Imzaia, it has been a while since I was last here. I believe it was just looked up, April the 30th of this year, that I sat here in this school, announcing to all of you the arrival – or the imminent arrival at that time – of infinometry, and of the landscape that you now sit in. And of course, today, I will venture somewhat deeper into these concepts, but we will do so in a different way than what has been presented thus far.

Before we go there, I wanted to share that the little song I sang, I made up a long, long time ago, in a place called Troyes. It is somewhat to the East of Paris, in France, and some of you that are here today, have physically traveled there, and have spent time with me there as well.

Of course, the time I speak of was during my own student days, before my ascended status, as you know me now, pretty much in the same way of being than you are all today, as I was traveling the globe with my teacher, Da Pah Kwan Yin San, as well as others – other students, and other teachers I mean – I spent quite a long time in this place called Troyes, in what now would be considered an ‘ascension house,’ these days.

The teachers weren’t always there. We had a… what you could consider a ‘magical door,’ if you will, which, when we opened it, was just a cupboard, most of the time. Only once that wasn’t a cupboard. But when they opened it, and came through it, they came directly from the place known as Honomeia, and not in the way you are used to today, in the way of channeling and that sort of thing, but directly as light body manifestation, of course.

Pocket Dimensions

It is in that place that I received most of what you now know as The Study of the Pah, and it is also in that place that I was introduced to the concept of pocket dimensions, dimensions inside of this Ekaraia that, if the Ekaraia were designed entirely as such, you would never want to leave. Pocket dimensions generated by ascended teachers themselves, and in the case that I am referring to right now, when Da Pah Kwan Yin San popped into the ascension house in Troyes, and told me to get ready, we stepped through the door, if you will, and entered into such a pocket dimension, which, for me, was the first time. And it was the dimension known to you as the beingness of Da Isis San, which, as many of you know, would later on become my wife. Yes… But that was for much, much later.

As we arrived, of course, you can very much imagine the space we arrived in as what you would today call ‘a club,’ and the club was, of course, in the shape of – what else would you expect with Da Isis San – a pyramid. A pyramid that was rather vast, a pyramid that seemed to include, if you will, the night sky, much like you these days still see in some Egyptian drawings, where you have the entire world, if you will, including the stars, and the planets, covered by the giant goddess that – and god entity – that covers the Ekaraia, or what you now know of as ‘the field of lavat,’ the akeneic, holographic training reality, I think that you have been calling it.

And much in the same way, this pocket dimension, which I was taken to for the very first time that day, is constructed, but as I said, it is constructed in such a way that it follows the Sankara perspective that you have recently been introduced to again, and also it does not cover the concept of duality, and the grand illusions. So, you can imagine, if you were inside of a holographic reality with that design, which is almost a one-on-one copy of our home base reality, you would never want to exit. That is also why it is introduced to students only after they have already broken through some of the exercises, such as what you are learning here, recently.

One thing about that is that you very quickly learn, when you step into these pocket dimensions, that all of time and space basically is just a stage, that everything plays out on that stage, but that there is also a type of behind the scenes, if you will, and you could think of these pocket dimensions as such. For instance, in this moment in time, as I am here right now, Da Pah Kwan Yin San has not chosen to leave the entire Ekaraia in this moment, but has placed herself in the very pocket dimension that I am talking about right now, having a drink with my dear old wife – one of her best friends, of course, as you can imagine. If you put those two together, nothing good comes out of it. So, I can’t stay here too long today because, otherwise, I might have a very… unrelaxed evening, let’s say.

But, as I was saying, what you learn in these pocket dimensions is that most of time and space is nothing but a play, a play that is to you going in a linear fashion, one day to the next, but from the perspective of the behind the stage environment, you can step in and out to the stage itself, if you will, at any moment in time and space, using the same technique that you are now getting used to.

You also very quickly learn – and this is why I am taking this long sojourn to share this little story with you – that all of, almost all, at least, of that, which you would call inventors, and musicians, and artists, and all of these special energies that you cannot figure out, how can they actually be human? How do they have the time to be human to begin with, given everything they are doing? To look like that, you would have to be in the gym for 48 hours a day, for instance, and only eat… I don’t know, champagne?

But, of course, the truth is that these things that people strive for to identify with, that most of the time, these beings have not reached these states using the same pathways that the human mind has available to it. Most of them are what we then label ‘akeneic creations,’ and they are inside of this reality to present their artistry, their music, their messages, really, to assist you in waking up, and remembering where you are, and who you truly are. I won’t go into the details of who is creating which of these akeneic creations right now, but just know that for most of your stream of entertainment, and those sorts of things, including movies, television series, you are being guided.

You are also being misguided, of course, because these same techniques, if you will, are also being created by the little topic of my song, at the beginning of this little class here, the sahvok energy, which, of course, presents you with the finite states that have been gone on, and on, and on about in these last few weeks now.

The Impact of the Mind

And some of you, for some of you at least, this has been a bit of a confusing concept, a confusing time, not per se because of the information in itself that has been shared, but what your mind is trying to do with it. Your mind is trying to classify this information, to identify it, to give it form, to place it within time and space, to create an exchange between you and the world, through the filter that it thinks that information is, and it is trying to do everything it can to help you understand it.

We have said to you many years ago, that there is such a thing as spiritual mind, which you can then label sahvok if you will. It is a specific part, a specific reflection of sahvok, of the mind, which attempts to copy states of consciousness. It attempts to copy these fundamental ideas and create conditional versions of it. We call these versions ‘conditional’ because they are dependent on time and space, and on the external environment, and on beginning, middles, and endings, which, of course, the actual permanent states – as has been thoroughly explained to you now – they don’t have any of this. They are not bothered by finiteness. They are not bothered by limitation. They just are.

And yet, the mind wants to dig deeper. It wants to go in, and explore, and navigate, and, as I said, define, and even predict, in an attempt to create a sense of control, and it wants to learn methodology. But, ultimately, the state of Sankara, and working with Sankara, is everything but methodology. It is everything but theory. It purely exists in the practice.

People have asked, and we have shared this before, “How can I learn more about love, and joy, and freedom, and these other states?” But I want to remind you that a long, long time ago, before society was the way it was, was as complicated as it is now, when nature was almost everything that surrounded you as a human being, maybe even slightly prior to the human being concept as you know it today, and you were roaming the Earth, and you were observing, and interacting with the things around you, which, very often, of course, were horrible. Nobody wants to get eaten by an animal, for instance. Nobody wants to get stuck in a pit of tar and slowly sink, to be found a few million years later by an archeologist that wins an award… Yeah. Nobody wants that, but many of the moments during those days were quite magical.

As you were roaming the Earth, as you were exploring the day, and the night, you would be quite amazed with the arrival of the stars every night, and you would make up stories, and tales, and songs. And you would make up warriors, and enemies to be defeated, and vast stories that all played out in your own imagination, as you observed the things around you.

And, as you sat there, observing this vastness of space, seeing the Milky Way, seeing all of these things, it often led to a sense of awe, a sense of something that rose above the human state of survival, if you will. Even then, in those simple, yet tough days, you had the ability to connect to the feeling of wellbeing, to the feeling of gratitude, to the feeling of everything that has been mentioned in these states.

And if you go back even further, and you look at the animal kingdom, you see these same states being very natural, automatically coming up, also the sahvok states, of course. All of that is in there, too. And you look at the plant kingdom. Even though their speed of experiencing linear time, is very different than yours, you know when you interact with a plant, when you do the right thing to it, when you care for it, when you love it, that there is a love that returns to you. You know that when you look at a baby, that all of these states are already there. You look at any being, and these states are simply inherent.

It is another way of looking at ‘permanent.’ They are inherent, in any situation, in any being, always. So, when you think of it like that, there really is no deeper meaning to the state of love, or to the state of joy, or wellbeing. How can there be? It is why they are so direct. It is why they are so permanent because they do not open up to interpretation. Once you begin to interpret these states, begin to talk about them even, try to teach about them even, you are not describing those states. You are already damned to a conditional description, especially when you are using descriptive language, like the one we are speaking in right now.

One of the reasons why I believe, personally, many people these days have difficulties understanding some of the material that I also was taught in my day, is the complex state your mind is in, even compared to my time. You hear about zooming in, and zooming out, and quantum states, and entanglement. There are all sorts of scientific attempts, almost, to describe to you something as metaphysical as, for instance, the kakra system. You hear about the kakra system these days as infinity spheres, and you call them torus fields, and whatever, but in my day, back in that period in Troyes, for instance, when Da Pah Kwan Yin San, and others, tried to explain to a dumbass like myself, a chauvinistic aristocrat like moi, the concepts that you are also discovering, or rediscovering right now, obviously, there was no space in the mind at the time to talk about quantum theories, or even science in itself. You know, at the time, alchemical ideas, and that sort of thing, were more in, and, obviously, the concept of religion.

So, when Da Pah Kwan Yin San tried to introduce to me the concepts of the kakras, you know what she called them? She said, the three tabernacles. Yes, the three tabernacles.

The Three Tabernacles

Now, tabernacle, of course, if you go into the Hebrew concept, means ‘the dwelling of God,’ the dwelling space of God. And if you go back into Latin, for instance, then you go all the way to the word ‘taberna,’ which, of course, means ‘hut’ or ‘tavern,’ as you know today, you know? And she explained it like that, and she told me the story of the origins of tabernacle in religion. And she referred to the Hebrew meaning, and the crossing of the Jewish people at the time, through the desert, as they had left Egypt, and attempted to free themselves as a people.

Now, that is where the story gets interesting, of course, because that is where religion diverges from metaphysical truth. In the story, as you still have it in the bible today, the idea of the tabernacle – and you can ask Indiana Jones if you don’t agree with me – the idea of the tabernacle was an artistic, gold-plated design that was instructed, according to biblical story, to the Jewish people to create during those forty years in the desert. And the reason to do so, it was said, to create the space, is so that they would have a place that God would dwell amongst them, as they were going on this trek that seemed to be almost leading to inevitable death, because at that time, of course, you couldn’t say: “Hey, Siri, show me the closest destination to another town that has enough space for all of us to book a room… And find the best prices on booking dot com.” No. So, it looked as though this was a fool’s errand, if you will, but it was also better than what was offered as a life in the place they left.

So, again, this is where the story diverges because in the bibles, and in the religious texts, it says… it speaks of the creation of a physical object. But go back and talk to someone who was there – which, by the way, when you go to one of these clubs in the pocket dimensions, you surely will find someone that was there at the time – when you ask, the message that was delivered at the time had nothing to do with the creation, obviously, of a physical object. This had to do with the application of Merkabahs turning into into what you now know as a ‘Merkavah,’ the collection of individual Merkabahs, joining in a geometrical or infinometrical fashion – depending on the field that you are in, of course – and taking position, and becoming one consciousness expression.

That is what happened. That is why, to this day, the Jewish people are being hunted, because that wisdom is still present within, for instance, the tuition of the Kabbalah, and generally within Jewish tradition. It is also for that reason that it has become a people that simply cannot be extinguished, destroyed, or cut down. The truth in their heart is reality.

Now, this has gotten twisted up, as you can imagine, over all these thousands of years, to become just another religion, led by – as Da Pah Ekara San would have it – old people with long beards who have nothing else to say, but you know, “When is my next prostate check?” or something like that. Yeah, and that means a lot more. Just think about that for a second. But anyway. What the people on that trek were taught, are the same things that you are being shared with right now… that are shared to you in these last few weeks and, ultimately, in these last years also preceding that, not about an external object. It is about the internal truth.

And so, when Da Pah Kwan Yin San all those years ago shared that story with me, she referred to the kakra system as the tabernacles. And she said: “Up here, this is the Tabernacle of Truth.” She said: “Here, the heart, is the Tabernacle of Transcendence. And the third one, in the belly,” she said, “is the Tabernacle of Tranquility.” Now, that is the one I want to talk to you about a little bit more today.

Now, why did she call it the Tabernacle of Tranquility? It is a bit of a weird one if you think about it because if tabernacle refers to the dwelling of God, and this is where the song is, then why tranquility? And if you go back to the original meaning of the word – hut, tavern, that sort of thing – then you think of a place of merriness, of drinking, of laughter, of joy, and of music. And yet, it is referred to as a space of truth, transcendence, and tranquillity.

Well, the reason for that, and again, it is very simple, of course. I almost feel a little bit like I am wasting your time telling you these things. You could better be off, you know, watching the – what is it? – the latest ‘Golden Bachelorette,’ or one of those series, reality stuff that is out there on TV. Waste your time with that. But anyway, for those that are interested, the reason it is called ‘tranquility,’ is because it is the belly that you end up in, once you get out of your head. It is often said, isn’t it, get out of your head. Change your thinking. And most people when they want to get out of their head, they make the mistake… well, not really mistake, but they think, “Alright, I am out of my head, I need to go to my heart.”

But if you really think about the kakra system, then you know that the heart kakra, the Akene, is the only one – much like the Lyn point that was discussed – that is real. Even the other two kakras, the head kakra, and the belly kakra, technically speaking, aren’t real. Outside of this Ekaraia, this holographic training reality, outside of the field of lavat, all the way back in home base reality, all that is, is the kakra, the heart kakra. The kakra, not the kakras – makes it sound like a band again – the kakra. And this is all that is. It is all that you are. It is your entire beingness.

And as you have learned, coming into these Ekaraias, you focus on this symbol [drawing infinity sign]. You focus here, and you focus here, on these two virtual points, of which only this point here [Pah point in the middle] is actually real.

I Am That I Am

Now, the way Da Pah Kwan Yin San explained this to me back then, rather than all your complexity, and this is why I still use the sentence to this day, is… What do you think? I Am – I Am, and here, as you create, you know, the pyramid that, ultimately, is going to lead to the Lyn point in that other drawing, you have the ‘that.’

And so, you are not really saying, “I am that I am.” You are saying, “I Am That, I Am That.”

Now, when Da Ejakasan’da Kuthumi Valen San taught you that when you generate these Ekaraias, you generate the infinometry, and you push yourself, if you remember, through these two virtual points. You do that because you are generating the temporary kakra system. Unfortunately, to enter an Ekaraia, the kakra itself, the heart kakra, the Akene, is too simple, is too real, and is too direct in its expression of experience, and its ability to progress experience, that simply entering into these realities, and entering into the great forgetting, and all of those things, would not be possible with merely the heart kakra.

Don’t forget that in here, what you become, is by Ra referred to as an ego-mind-personality complex. That means that only complex states can exist here, states that are entangled with not anything else around them, as you know, but only with the Lyn point. That is a complex state. Once reciprocity kicks in, that is a simple state.

But in order to for you to fool yourself, and to believe the things that are going to be projected into your consciousness, you triple the heart kakra, the kakra itself, the Akene, and you literally create the I Am That, and the I Am That. One I Am That is the head kakra, the Akonai’da, and the other one is the belly kakra, the Adonai’ka.

Now Adonai, of course, again, is for many that have studied religion, and history, a very interesting word. It refers to the Elohim. It refers to divinity and the place of God, and all of these things. But the Adonai’ka, the belly kakra, in my day, was simply called the ‘Tabernacle of Tranquility.’ Because once you have pushed yourself… And what does that then mean, pushing yourself through these two points? That means duplicating, or triplicating in this case, your Self, your heart kakra, into two extra versions of itself, a system, which is now linked together, and becoming a complex system, one that will have the ability to receive the complexity of the ego, mind, and the body. That is what you are actually doing there.

And the ‘That’ in my ‘I Am That I Am’ sentence all the time, is merely a reference to the permutations, to the manifestations of the forms, and the shapes, and the thoughts, and the things, that arise when you are here, when you are operating through a three kakra system.

I don’t know if you can truly understand that because if you think, of course, about yourself as an ego-mind-personality/body construct, then you also don’t think of three separate pieces. The ego wouldn’t work if it thought of itself as something separate than the personality. If that was the case… yeah, you would be very clear in all of those things within a matter of seconds. It thinks of itself as a unified system, as one and the same thing than the personality, and than the mind.

And, of course, that sort of happens, too, when you create the kakra system to enter into these Ekaraias. They believe themselves to be connected to each other, but even the head kakra, or the belly kakra, cannot truly understand – and from there, it can never be truly understood – that they are, in fact, mere entangled copies of the same object that is the heart kakra. So, that is where ‘I Am That I Am’ comes from.

So, once you get out of your head, again, people believe that they are going to sink into their heart space. But they already got into their head through the heart space, because the heart space is merely the origin of the head space, and the belly space. So, if you try to get out of that, then all you can do, is move to the belly kakra, because you are already in a sort of an illusory state here, up here, and when you try to move out of it, rather than deeper into it, in the truth of merely the heart kakra, you are going to end up in the belly kakra.

And this is where a lot of people often go wrong. It is why they don’t feel that when they do leave their mind behind, or their ego, and their personality, when they do abandon that for a minute, that they can maintain the status. Because you make the new age mistake, you make the religious mistake of thinking that you need to achieve something. That thought that you can even leave the heart kakra to begin with, that you can be outside of that, that is not possible. That is not possible.

So, that struggle – you know, to leave the mind, and get into the heart – is a fool’s errand to begin with. It is a new age lie, to give you the feeling that you are doing something wrong all the time, and that only by following certain scripture, doctrine, techniques, leaders, gurus, priests, whatever, that only then – and usually through enormous atonement, and suffering, and all of those things – that you can actually reach this pure state. That is bullshit! You are that state! You are that state that even created the mind, and the belly, to begin with.

It is why Da Pah Kwan Yin San referred to the head kakra as the kakra, or the Tabernacle of Truth. That is the truth in the head kakra, that that reference is making. It is referencing to the illusion – if I may say so – of the head kakra, and of the belly kakra. Much like the heart kakra, the Tabernacle of Transcendence – is literally referring to the truth that resides above that illusion.

Now, the third one, the transcendent one being here [heart], the third one, your belly kakra, as I said, is the one that is interesting. Because if what she said and described is correct, then the reason it is called ‘tranquility’ is because you silence your mind with your belly.

And it is interesting, isn’t it? If you look at most or your religions, and most of your cultures even, there is very little insight into the concept of the belly. There is a lot being said about the head, and the mind, and a lot about the heart, but hardly ever about the belly.

Polar Opposites

And we have seen it throughout the years, as we speak about the kakras, and we speak about your belly, and we speak about creating reality through the belly, that most people get a little lost, and most people are like: “Yeah, but what does that mean, some sort of…?” From a perspective of a theory, you know, you imagine, you have your creative energy in the heart, you imagine in the head, you manifest in the belly. It is easy to consider that, but it is not so easy to actually live it. It is also because when you go to your belly kakra, there are no thoughts. There is no mind there. It is a very different manifestation from the heart kakra – as it manifests the other two kakras, to enter into here – it is a very different manifestation than the head kakra. And you could almost say that it is its polar opposite.

Remember many years ago, you were told about undefined, and non-defined, and defined spaces. Well, you were told that the belly kakra, ultimately, is a non-defined space. It means that the belly kakra has no perspective on the grand illusions – no perspective on form, no perspective on time and space, on exchange, on death, separation – none of that. That is all up to the head. If you remember the classes by Da Pah Kwan Yin San from a couple of years ago about the Rivers of San, and those sorts of things, where she goes and takes you through how sahvok enters through the head kakra, and goes all the way around, and into the heart kakra, she explains the positioning of the grand illusion in the head kakra, in the pathway, as its energy goes around, and into your heart.

That is where all of that that takes place. That is where, if you will, the entire Study of Vibration takes place, but the Study of the Pah is more about the belly. It is about those undefinable, non-defined, permanent states that have been spoken about recently, that you carry here, and that this time is all about making you aware of those states again.

Because, as has been said in some commentary by Da Pah Kwan Yin San, what you have recently learned – and are beginning to practice, we hope – is a change from theory to practical ascension training. And in that practice, you are going to become very aware that everything is the same thing, every technique, every manifestation, every thing from – as she described it – portal travel, healing, breaking the matrix, those sorts of concepts, it is all the same thing, people. It is all the awareness of the permanent states, and the abandonment of the head kakra, and the illusions that reign supreme in there, through sahvok.

When done, the arrival within the Tabernacle of Tranquility is, indeed, quite magical. But many, when arriving there, tend to get lost, tend to believe, in fact, sometimes even, that they have left the Ekaraia, and that they are in a space beyond it. They are not. They are in a space of non-definition. They are behind the scenes of the Ekaraia.

These pocket dimensions that I was telling you about earlier, they all take place inside of that belly kakra. It is a place that the mind can’t reach, a place that the personality can’t reach, the personality, mind you, can reach the heart kakra. That is why there is such a thing as spiritual mind, as conditional love, and joy, and freedom, and all of those things, but it cannot reach the belly kakra, simply because it is its total opponent. It is dark to light, it is up to down, it is left to… all of that, all of these ideas. Not in duality, but in total opposition. Duality means that two things take place, if you will, in the same universe, and that they are extreme oppositions to each other. But the head kakra, and the belly kakra are not taking place in the same universe.

You could argue, therefore, that the belly kakra, when accessed accordingly, gives access to what you would consider – and has been explained by Da Lemuaya San recently – the tachyonic realm. It is already a place before the manifestation of time/space, which manifests here, in the head, in that ‘I Am That,’ but in the other ‘I Am That,’ in the belly, there is none of it. There is absolute void.

More About Abandonment

Now, this is what Da Solarys San has been referring to recently, when she speaks of ‘total abandonment.’ And she has also said that the mistake people make is thinking that you are throwing something away. And that is often why it is difficult for people to choose for that total abandonment. But you are not throwing it away.

Recently, there was a conversation between Da Pah Lao Tze San and Da Pahdasan’ka over there, where Da Pah Lao Tze San tried to explain to you that the reason why it is so difficult, and why we have explained to you in the last few presentations, that it is going to be more difficult for you to let go of your suffering, to let go of your pain, and your mental anguish, and all of these mental ideas, and all of that, compared to conditional love, conditional joy, conditional freedom, and those sorts of things, is that, as you reach outside of the head kakra, and move into the belly kakra of non-definition, you are going to find the permanent states there still, so, you are going to find larger ideas than the love you already know. You are going to find a love – as people that have out-of-body experiences, and near death experiences, know very well – you are going to find a love that is going to make you want to run for the hills when it comes to this Ekaraia, and you are never going to want to come back to your body, until you are told that you still have something to finish. And then you are slammed back into it.

But you are not going to want to go back because the conditional love that you are so seeking, and the conditional joy, and the freedom, and all of these things, they are going to get bigger, once you reach out of the head, out of the mind, you are going to get the truth of those, but you are not going to get the truth of anguish, the truth of suffering, the permanent state of guilt, or pain, because they don’t exist!

So, that is what you are going to leave behind. And you are going to leave it behind not by abandoning it – maybe that was a bad choice of words – abandoning it by throwing it away, but you are abandoning it in the location it is in, and that is the head kakra, meaning, that, of course, as you evolve through these Ekaraias, and as you are going to be playing around, coming back, like I am doing here now, to have a conversation with you, you are going to find all of that stuff in the room you left it in, and you can pick up languages, filters, ideas, limitations, like there is no tomorrow.

So, anyone who worries that evolving is boring because you let go of your ego-mind-personality, and what is then left? Some sort of cloud deity sort of thing that plays the harp all day long? Well, no, that is also not the truth, of course, but even if that is what you are worried about, I can guarantee you that you come back into that room whenever you want, and pick up those toys, and continue where you left off with your wars, and your fighting, and all of those painful ideas, and also the conditional stuff. All of that, left in the head kakra. That is where that stays.

But none of that exists in the belly. The only states that you will encounter in the belly are the permanent states, and they will be in an entirely non-defined position. That means the actual building blocks: the true power of love, the true force of joy, the true deafening blow of freedom, all of these things. That is what you find there, and that is why you cannot enter it with a mind, with an ego, and with a personality. They are so far apart that they can never touch, those two states. The only thing that connects them is the reality of the heart space, which creates them both.

But even when you fully exit these Ekaraias, and the head kakra and the belly kakra reform as the one kakra that is the Akene, that is the heart kakra, these abandoned things in your head, will still be part of you, and can be accessed at any time. Of course, when you access them you will, by default, return inside of an Ekaraia because these things cannot be experienced outside of these training grounds. A lot of people like to take holidays in Ekaraias, for instance, me and my wife included.

So, I say all of this because, as you are going to start applying this technique, everything that we have now taught you, you are going to get stuck where everyone gets stuck, and that is in that abandonment. In fact, most of you sitting here, and listening to us right now, are currently stuck in that. You know what you want. You know you want to move on and take the next steps, and you know what you don’t want, but somehow you can’t let go of what you don’t want.

Venturing Further than You Ever Have

Now you know why, because you need to venture further than you have. When you begin applying that technique, Sankara, whether you use it for portal travel – as has been explained, you are the portal – whether you use it to travel in space, in time, vibrationally up and down, to different versions of reality, whether you use it for so-called healing, to get to versions of yourself, where your age is different, or your physical expression is different, any of that, or whether you, as I said, use it to break the matrix, by changing the conditions known as past and future, historical events, and that sort of thing, it doesn’t matter. The movement is alway the same.

The first steps – and I can see that many of you have not even begun practicing with these ideas – but the first steps to take, I would suggest, and those are usually the simplest, is to try and find a location for yourself, one that you have been to in your life. Now, this could be a beautiful island. It could be a city you love, but use something that, from the perspective of the mind, is real, when you begin practicing this. Don’t use something such as an imagined landscape, something like that, in some reality that you would construct for that moment, an imagined landscape. Don’t think: “Oh, I want to see what Mars looks like, or Venus,” or something. Use something where there is still phone connection, let’s say, where you have 4G or 5G on your phone, should you successfully arrive there. Use something that is simple, that is real. It doesn’t have to be on the other side of the world. It could be, if you are sitting in your house, you have a favorite spot in your garden somewhere, or on a walking path that you like to go to every day with your dog or whatever it is… whatever it is, but use something that brings up one of these states that we describe so often, very strongly.

It doesn’t have to be love, per se. It doesn’t have to be a place that you are in love with, or a person that you are in love with. If I think, for instance, about a place that many of you, Imzaia, often talk about, Hawaii, or something like that, then one of the things that Hawaii brings you, as you step off your plane, is an enormous sense of wellbeing, for instance. You have an enormous sense of feeling well, and that leads to an enormous sense of gratitude. It positions you differently, gracefully. You change your entire demeanor, and you build up to a state of joy, and love, and freedom from there.

When we speak of these states in sequence, this is another one of those things that I find sometimes in my day, it was a bit easier because you don’t have all these… or we didn’t, at least, have all these concepts, in our minds that are scientific. When you think of the concept of ‘in sequence’ today, you think very linearly, like transitioners, or transformers, or something like that. But for us, that concept was more connected in a whole, back in our day.

So, when we thought about love, joy, freedom, truth, life, gratitude, grace, and wellbeing in sequence, it didn’t per se mean that you had to go through that string of points to get to wellbeing. You can enter a room, you can enter a field, you can enter anything, you can start reading a book, you can eat something, and you immediately have a state of wellbeing, or gratitude, or joy. It doesn’t matter. These states are permanent because they also contain each other. Love contains joy, and freedom, and truth, and life, and gratitude, and grace, and wellbeing. And wellbeing also contains all of them, and everything in between contains everything.

With the elements – the ‘o,’ ‘a,’ ‘e,’ ‘i’ that you have learned about – it is slightly different. The ‘o’ contains itself, the ‘a’ contains the ‘o’ and itself, and onward, and the ‘i,’ the light, contains the entire collection. That is why they only exist here in the Ekaraia. More about that another time because for those properly listening right now, you would be like: “So, Dah’lyn doesn’t exactly sound the way it does inside of an Ekaraia? Because if there is no ‘o,’ ‘a,’ ‘e’, ‘i’…” No, it doesn’t. We have always told you. It doesn’t sound like anything. It is a song. And not a song like Celine Dion’s latest hit. It is a song.

What is a song? An eternal flow of harmony that uplifts, that brings higher, that creates a spiral. That is the nature of a song. And it is magnetic. It has its own sense of levity. It pulls things with it. It is creative. It opens up new portals, and new doorways, and new potentials, and new thoughts, and new sensations in you.

The correct song, even in auditory form, could heal any mental disease, could heal any physical disease. The correct song can levitate blocks of tons of kilos of stone. And that is the song in illusion. So, think about the true nature of a song. Because that is what you will need to get out of your head.

So, let’s go back. As you begin practicing this, you take a location that touches you in one of the permanent states, at least. You love it, it brings you wellbeing, you are grateful for being there. I don’t even care if you love it conditionally, if it brings you wellbeing because there is a color you love, or the sun is warm, all those conditions are fine. But you begin with a location that gives you that sensation.

This Will Work

And as you focus, as you go deeper into that…, and I am on purpose not presenting this in a journey-like way because Da Pahdasan’ka didn’t want to play music… kidding. I am on purpose not presenting it in a journey-like way because I want you to explore this for yourself when there are no more words. You find that location you want to focus on within 4G and wifi distance, and make sure your phone is in your pocket. Because it might just work, you know? It might just work one day – and it will work one day – and when it does, you want to be ready.

The reason I tell you, don’t focus on Venus because, you know, that is going to take a while before Elon has that going on after Mars, you know, before you can take a shuttle back and forth there. And what if it doesn’t work twice in a row, huh? Then you are stuck there for a while. That is why I am saying, choose something easy.

And I am not even kidding. Everyone watching is thinking: “Da Adamus San is acting weird today!” No, I am not. I am being realistic because this shit works. And when it does, you might find yourself somewhere that you weren’t expecting. Because maybe when you are thinking about this one place, and you think, it brings you wellbeing, once you go beyond the conditional state of that wellbeing, the actual state of wellbeing, the actual permanent state might manifest an environment slightly differently around you. So, you might be thinking of Hawaii, but you might ending up in Sedona, or you might be ending up in your parental house – for the love of God.

You do best to try and focus on that location in the here and now. So, do not think of a time when you were a child or anything like that, or a story a parent told you. Focus on something here and now because when it does work, you are going to want to get back, and you are going to want to not be worried about how to do that, given that it is very likely that when you actually travel, you may not immediately be able to replicate the effect. At first, you won’t quite know how you got out of that mind, how you got into that belly. You just know that you are doing it, and that it is working.

But then, as you are focusing on one of these states, and the location that you believe that state is in reference to, and you begin to bring up all these other permanent states – the love for the place, the joy you felt there, the freedom you might have experienced in a moment there – all of these things, then you are, as Da Solarys San has recently said, in a place of imagination. That means that you are invoking these states in the head.

So, now you need to get to invoking those same states in the belly. And when I say, invoking the same states in the belly, that is exactly where it gets difficult. Because, as I said, the belly has no ego, has no personality, and has no mind, so, you are going to have to abandon those things.

Now, what does it mean to abandon those things? Why is it called the Tabernacle of Tranquility, the dwelling place of the silent divinity, the silent God? Because all of that, that I have just explained to you, can’t travel with you there.

It has also been shared with you recently that from the perspective of the mind, the now moment is very small. It is a few seconds at best, while from the perspective of the kakra system, of the heart kakra, of the Sankara system, the moment encapsulates everything that ever happened in time and space, right? So, from the perspective of the heart kakra, even to move from here to the back yard, you are going to have to make a physical move to another moment in time that is a few seconds ahead. Even if you somehow can make your mind believe that you are going to teleport – you know, transport à la Star Trek yourself from one place to the other, then you still think in your mind, that involves some sense of time. A trip that in a plane may have taken hours, in a Star Trek like transporter effect may take seconds, but it still takes seconds. Even with the fastest of technology… imagine Star Trek’s technology another thousand years in the future, and a teleport is like “dshoong,” then that still happens in a second.

Now, the movement we are talking about happens outside of time and space, so no time is involved, and no space is involved, and no movement is involved, because that moment is the same moment. The only thing that is involved is the rising and falling of the objects, the forms, and the illusions therefore, around you.

You Have not Moved in Time nor Space

When the Seven Infinities are going to speak in the next few days, they will tell you all about the more technical side of what they will call ‘fabricating worlds’ and ‘folding worlds,’ but, ultimately, that description is what your mind is doing. It is constantly fabricating worlds, and it is folding those worlds again to move to what it believes to be the next pocket of time, the next moment in time, and the next moment in time. It does not see this room from one second ago as the same room in this second. It sees it as a completely separate scene, a completely separate event. Right? And putting all those things together on a string is what creates linear time. To the mind, actually, therefore, there is no movement, ladies and gentlemen. It is weird to think about it, but from the perspective of mind, this is reality [makes start-stop, start-stop movements] – still moments put together, just like your film, cinema, little frames, that when there is kinetic energy put in them, they begin to look like movement.

So, ultimately, the whole time that you have been in here – this has also been said before – you have never moved anywhere. You haven’t moved in time, and you haven’t moved in space. These images that Da Pah Kwan Yin San has been showing every time she posts with these beings standing on these beaches with infinity signs in the sky, if you will, that is pretty much what you are doing. And when we come in here to connect with you, we stand next to you there, and project ourselves into that same infinometry.

You haven’t been moving at all when you are in the head. No time has passed, only still fragment after still fragment, after still fragment. And the mind needs the personality to stitch all of that together into a flow that you consider time and space, and the energy that allows that flow to move forward is your ego’s responses, judgments, desires. That energy is what gives the apparent idea of motion to everything.

So, when we say, get out of your mind, no, the answer isn’t to get into the heart because you are in the heart. It is to get into the belly because that is where real movement – expression of experience, and progression of experience, therefore – exists.

So, all of that is easy to hear me say, but the difficulty then about this Sankara technique, the abandonment that is required, is the understanding that everything, everything that you think here, that you feel here, that you believe is occurring here, is literally the opposite of what is happening.

Only when abandoning that will you get a sense of movement, of expression of experience, and progression of experience, once again from the belly. But, abandonment is not easy.

Think of it. You are accustomed with everything that you are – or think that you are – to be in an environment that you have considered ‘safe,’ that you have considered ‘normal,’ that you have considered ‘reality.’ And then you have to come to the conclusion that it isn’t. And yet, your ego, your mind, has so many attachments, and so many judgments, and so many likes and dislikes about everything, and you may think: “Well, it is easy for me to let go of my like of this, or dislike of that, when it comes to, you know, I like chocolate. It is easy for me to let go. I have the will to do so. I don’t like this. It is easy for me to stop not liking this,” but that is not what we are talking about alone, is it? We are talking about the very sense of linear time, and linear space. That also needs to be let go of.

And, as many of you know, when you are living your life, and you may get faint, or you may be about to collapse for a minute, as you are about to pass out or something like that, for most people, that feels scary. That doesn’t feel good. You feel like the room is spinning. You feel like you are losing a sense of gravity, maybe even, you are losing the sense of self… yeah.

Yet, that is exactly what we are talking about. That is exactly what we are talking about. Anything that matters to you here, only matters to you because it is in a timeframe of past, present, and future, and everything is either a loss that now is no longer accessible, or something that you desire that you don’t yet have, or something that you have and want to hold onto, or something that you have and need to get rid of, but you don’t know how.

That is the past, future, and physical now moment interpretation of reality. That is exactly what needs to be abandoned. And it needs to be abandoned with the awareness that you are not throwing it away. You are merely leaving it where it is.

It is hard to describe this because I cannot say: “You know, you hum this, and you tone that, and you say this spell, and you – I don’t know – eat a bird’s head, you throw some crow’s feet into a cauldron, or something like that.” No. I cannot tell you that. All I can say, is, I am pointing to this field that you need to find for yourselves.

And it is not even that you haven’t found it because you are constantly operating through it. You need to become aware of that, and let it go. And that is the hardest thing, the hardest thing, because it defined you.

Letting go of all of that is not becoming smaller, is not becoming nothing. It is becoming everything. It is becoming whole. And whereas in the past, in these Ekaraias, it was very difficult to do so on a permanent basis, as we have told you right now in the last few weeks, it is now possible to do so on a permanent basis.

But, we have looked at you in the last few weeks, and to this material that has been shared, and what you have done with it, and we are greatly surprised to see that the largest part of this group of beings out there, that is aware of this material, and here, has not begun practicing. Not because you don’t know what to do. Not because it is so difficult what we are pointing at, but simply because, deep down, you know this will work, and you know that you will release those ego-mind-personality states, and you don’t want to. You don’t want to. Until you do.

Exploring the Tabernacle of Tranquility

And, therefore, in the next few days, I invite you to explore this journey to this Tabernacle of Tranquility, to explore what it means to live in the belly, and to not live in the head, to see what it is like to be that version of yourself, that has abandoned those mental states and that has journeyed to the opposite version of this Ekaraia, because that is, ultimately, what we are talking about.

So, begin with a place that you like, a location that is close to your heart, find which one of these permanent states is the main one that is connecting you to that location, and begin building there. Gratitude, wellbeing – all of these states, let them rise. Let them rise. Don’t even worry yet about where in the kakra system they are placed. You know you have been told, place love in the 1st quadrant of the head kakra… Don’t even worry about that yet because, ultimately, as we have also continued saying, that is already happening. You are not activating these kakras and beginning to store things in them, you have always done so. So, that is already happening.

So, if you can trust that, that that is happening, then you can start with the simplicity of this exercise, and once you feel all of these states active in this focus on this space that you want to go to, as a first experiment of this system, then comes the kicker because that is the moment of abandonment. Once you are fully embracing and embodying these states, is the moment to release your connection to the framework that has become so accustomed to you.

Nobody can tell you how to do that. And if anyone does, they are lying. There are no techniques. There is only the pure will. And that pure will is really only dependent on the fact that you have successfully, and with satisfaction, explored the experience that you have expressed in the head kakra, and that you are ready to progress into another experience.

Now, many may think this, but aren’t ready for it. The good news, however, is that if you have created your reality around you such that the beingness that I am, Da Ojadasan’ka Adamus Valen San, and the others, and the information that we are sharing here with you is not just available to you as some sort of waveform or thought, but if you have created your reality in such a way, like you all have, and everyone listening, that we are actually here, talking to you about it, over and over again, then this means that you are ready to progress your experience, and that you are done with your current expression.

So, truly and honestly think about that in the next few days because I see too many of you, walking around here, there, in the world, understanding this, listening to this, thinking, it is awesome that this happened, and amazing, and leaving it at that, and then thinking, they are already doing something with it. No. This is practice, ladies and gentlemen. It is going to come down to you doing that work as much as possible, beginning with safe locations, so that if it works out that you cannot trigger the same event again, at least someone can come and pick you up. Take your phone, and make sure your battery is charged. And do not travel through time just yet.

I am going to leave it at that because I feel that I have beaten your minds down long enough now, for you to maybe have a small window of practice and success. Alright.

Beloved ones, have a good one. Make sure that you spend as much time practicing on this, between now and the Seven Sisters, because that way, the information that will be presented at that time, and what is ahead after that, including Ra, and Da Pah Ekara San. and all these other presentations that are yet coming, can also reflect that state. Then we don’t have to repeat ourselves, and neither do you.

I love you so very much. Have a good practice.

I am Da Ojadasan’ka Adamus Valen San.

And so it is.
