Moving into Body Breath

Da Pah Kwan Yin San

As is the case with many metaphysical miracles that are hiding in plain sight, the human breath is often overlooked, both by those aware of its importance and those that are not.

In this brief, yet vital, 5 minutes long Session of The Study of The Pah, Da Pah Kwan Yin San brings the Akeyan’shi (the student body) a very simple but equally empowering ascension exercise, focusing on our breath, that companion to our body that journeys alongside us with every heartbeat.

In this exercise, you will be pointed towards the difference between the breath of the mind and the breath of the body, making this most common ascension practice into an active presence in your daily life.

Recorded April 15, 2018 in Vilamoura, Portugal.

Da Pah Kwan Yin San: I am Da Kwan Yin San.

In conclusion to this session, I would like to leave you a simple exercise. It is not an exercise per se, but it is a type of awareness and it has to do with your breath.

Based on everything that has been said in this particular session by the beings, including myself, about the vibratory space and the tonal space and what lies beyond and what we have said with regards to vibratory habits, I would like to invite you to think of your current way of breathing as a vibratory habit – not the concept of the in-breath and the out-breath itself, but rather the rhythm of your breath.

People on Earth they breathe as though they are constantly drowning, constantly choking, constantly swallowing their own vibratory residue, whether breaths are fast or unruly or whether they are slow. That does not matter. What matters is what is doing the breathing. And in my observations I find often that what is doing the breathing is the personality, is the mind, the emotional body – everything that goes with that.

As an Akeyasan or anywhere else on the Pah, however, you have an opportunity to reintroduce yourself to your breath. While you believe most of the time that your breathing happens automatically, it actually is happening through the mind. It is happening as an act of survival. So, in these next few minutes, as we close down this session, simply go deep, very deep within the self.

Focus on the heart space, the Akene, and notice how your mind is currently having difficulty with your breathing based on what I just said. Go beyond that and let your body do the breathing. Let go of this task, this constant fear of birth and death, of in-breath and out-breath. It is not the function of the mind.

Only an infinite being, a tachyonic presence, can allow the in-breath and the out-breath to penetrate the membranes of reality in your body, as it is connected to the soul perspective – this was pointed out by Gaia earlier – and has the ability to enter into its own rhythm. By surrendering your breath to your body, you will open yourself up to all of the healing that you seek in vibrational reality, all of the balance that you seek in vibrational reality, all of the simplicity that you seek.

So, experience this now and don’t be afraid if for a while the body will not want to breathe. You will notice how much less frequent your breath will become, how much more time and space becomes available.

Allow your body to breathe. It is with that simple advice that I close this session for today. The circle of Ekaraia is hereby closed. Thank you for your participation. Namaste.

Da Pahdasan’ka Barak Solarys San: Namaste.

San’a’keo Da Pah Kwan Yin San ❤️
Da’ka’ya for this explanation of breathing, what brought me up that I experience less and less the fast breathing, like indeed almost choking, when something is expressed what is not aligned with San. Then the body get an reaction of shaking and a very heavy breathing.
What in this moment is not so often more presence anymore because realising that it is you, having a reaction from yourself, is it pointless to even have to continue and you stop the mind for doing so❤️❤️❤️

San’a’ke Da Pah Kwan Yin San ❤️ Da’ka’ya for this empowering teaching.. I have enjoyed practicing this awareness. It is a beautiful exercise that immediately shows the difference between the breathing of the mind and the breathing of the body to a natural rhythm that definitely feels more balanced and expansive. We have created these beautiful bodies to walk the Pah, not simply to survive as the mind and all that comes with that would have it. The more that I do this, I have noticed not only does this become more natural, there is also a difference between the experience of being in the Akene. With simple intent, it has always been easy for me to focus my breathing through my heart but I suspect now that the way I had been doing this before is just a different flavor of the breath of the mind. Focusing my awareness on body breath in the way you have shared automatically brings a more complete awareness of the Akene that moves through my entire kakra system and merkabah. This inter-dimensional “intertwining” of breath and the Akene is a truly delightful experience!

San’a’ke 🙏

Da Pah Kwan Yin San calls the rhythm of our breathing a ‘vibratory habit’. This kind of says it all. Vibratory habits are the things we need to let go of in order to expand into the grandness of our being. A vibratory habit… Well, I certainly never thought of the rhythm of my breathing this way! As such, it was quite the eye-opener when I first heard about the body breath. Consciously focusing on my breathing, I notice right away that the body actually is very comfortable with a much slower rhythm. The in-breath is less shallow. It feels very calming and peaceful, and mind – like Da Akeyasan Grace Gayasha said – moves into the background.

Da’ka’ya for this simple, but very powerful ascension tool, Da Pah Kwan Yin San 🙏

San’a’ke,
Every time again I listen to this powerful Ascension excercise, I feel immediately the difference. The mind is closing down and the body experiences a whole other reality.. It is very peaceful and beyond words and a very good tool to use every moment.
Looking forward to more excercises.
