When finding myself not liking something and observing the reasons for my resistance, I find thoughts, habits, attributes, emotions all about past or future related. it always comes with the package of personality, mind or ego perspective. It separates the self from the highest potential for service to the whole.
Letting go of it, loving it, is not as hard as it sounds at first and always comes with a very powerful outcome. One ends up loving everything one does.
