Yes, that pulse is there, beyond the perception of the physical senses. It’s humming. The peacefulness I feel when being fully focused on the Akene and on San is humming. I can’t hear it; I can’t feel it, but I know it is there. Always.

San’a’ke ❤️ When I am fully focused in the Akene or Heart space, the mind is silenced, and I feel the newness of everything internal and external. Would that we could (which I know we will) consciously experience this in every moment, with every breath and every heartbeat and in-between, no exceptions whatsoever! As the Lemurian saying goes “May you remember to begin again in every moment.” Da’ka’ya Da Ojadasan’ka Adamus Valen San for the love and beauty you have expressed from your heart to all hearts, re-minding us of this simple truth. ❤️
