The Five Breaths is one of my favorite exercises. I look forward to it being brought to the Akeyasan Student Body, too!

San’a’ke ❤️ I just wanted to make sure that everyone knew that this has started. The introduction of what Ascended Life initially called The Five Breaths exercise is to be found in the video: The Rivers of San
San’a’ke Da Hana Akeyasan Ekaraia Gaia San, it would very much interest me in what way this quote has changed your perspective of ‘the Five Breaths’ exercise. Could you elaborate on this? It might be helpful for all of us to broaden our horizon. Da’ka’ya ❤️
San’a’ke ❤️
Thank you for your question Da Hana Akeyasan Chachi Ram San.
Once the exercise is available on the site for the student Body, everyone will have much more clarity about what I meant.
In short, The Five Breaths Exercise works with the kakric system (Akonai, Akene. Adonai) and the active ingredients of Love, Joy, Freedom, Truth and Life. (so much more to say about this…)
Each time I practice it (very often), the geometry of my merkabah aligns with a torus field (Flower Of Life Torus). It then disappears and becomes a bubble field with my akene in the centre. I call it the cocoon.
I was not fully aware that this bubble is a tone, a manifested version of the akeneic Universe within me! The expansive counterpart. Reading this quote, I realised how tonal you go with the Five breaths exercise! No wonder I like it so much.
Da’ka’ya for all these treasures Da Pah Kwan Yin San ❤️🙏🏻❤️
San’a’ke o da’ka’ya Da Hana Akeyasan Ekaraia Gaia San for this clear explanation of your experience. It is those sorts of expansive and metaphysical experiences that give you the drive to revisit these exercises again and again, which, in turn, creates more expansiveness each time. Powerful stuff! Ohami ❤️

Da’ka’ya for this explanation and looking forward to do the exercise all together.
But I feel what you are expressing❤️

San’a’ke Da Pah Kwan Yin San ❤️ Reading this quote just now, I feel to share the following in great Joy: may we, as students, all come to truly know who we are in tonal and akeneic expression and experience in service to the whole.
Da’ka’ya for the simplicity of this profound quote and for your incredible teaching, guidance, and love, always.
