Da’ka’ya o Da Pah Kwan Yin San, for this great Quote. It summarizes perfectly why the mind is simply the wrong system to be using. It is meant to create disharmony, confusion, friction and the like.
The understanding that it was a tool for us to learn from, together with the explanation in this Quote, make it so much easier to disentangle from the mind and not go with it when it presents an issue. From the eyes of the heart, the eyes of love, these so called issues are not present.
The Ki’Ri exercise to me is extremely helpful in this respect as well. It feels like with the low o sounds, I am literally dialing down the vibrational reality from my focus.
