Ascended Life keeps telling us that ‘it is not as difficult as we think it is’ (one of Da Pah Ekara San’s ‘Six Simplicities’). We really just have to get out of our own way – or rather, the personality’s way – and into the heart. The personality is programmed to be reactionary. As such, it is very easy for unconscious aspects to step into a ping-pong match with each other, reacting to the reaction. And so it goes on.
Da Pah Kwan Yin San encourages us to stop that mindless ping-pong game because it truly isn’t getting us anywhere. Once we make the choice to not react anymore from that ego/mind/personality perspective, but allow a response to be created from the heart, from San, the expansive part of the self starts opening up. The more we remind ourselves to respond from a place of San, the less we are being attacked by mental thoughts and the less likely we will slip back into programmed patterning (vibrational habits).
This truly is a grand journey!
