Action and reaction – that was the world our personalities were used to, a constant repetition of highs and lows, of vibrations and frequencies bouncing into and off of each other. It was impossible to stay on a high for a prolonged period because, inevitably, the momentum would be lost. Such is the nature of vibrations and frequencies: duality.
In tonal space, we learn, this is very different. Without actively impulsing, nothing happens. Da Pah Ekara San likened it to a drop of rain falling into a pond, creating ever-expanding circles or tones. If there is no impulse, the surface remains undisturbed. This is why he also said to be crystal clear in our choices, to have a precise focus of what we want to create. And buts and ifs, as Da Akeyasan Amy San said, could go either way.
Again, it takes practice, practice, practice to make this new way of creating our reality into our ‘new normal’, as mind very easily switches into the old default setting if we are not careful.
Da’ka’ya Da Pah Kwan Yin San for this simple explanation of the workings of tonal space.

Da Akeyasan Chachi Ram San ❤
Da’ka’ya Da Akeyasan Chachi Ram San for your comment. I too have been convinced that it takes a lot of practice to continue to create reality Consciously and in San.
Lately, because the fact that we create reality only from the now space, although I certainly still have made mistakes, the responsibility to stay in Consciousness and San, has felt less challenging because I realized it is only about doing it in the now. It felt challenging to keep doing it for a prolonged amount of time let’s say, but I realized that I was basically challenged about the future, and on top of that, is it not me who creates this future?
Reading your comment and afterwards this Quote by Da Pah Kwan Yin San again – which really is crushingly simple and elegant 🙏🏻 – I wondered whether ‘the needing practice’ therefore is a choice, or impulse as well. Are we then simply keeping the option open to fall back to ‘default settings’? Certainly something I’d like to work with! If you, Da Chachi Ram San, or anyone else of course, would have any input, I look forward to finding it here.
Da’ka’ya Da Akeyasan Amy San for pondering this quote together with me. I do see your point about just choosing not to fall back. Ideally, this choice is made once and for all. However, there are moments in between when I forget about that choice. I guess that is what I mean with ‘practice’, reminding myself to be here now. Mistakes still happen, and I cannot honestly say of myself that I am perfectly on my Vah in every moment, but, as you said, it does feel more and more effortless to stay the course.
In short, I feel you are right when you say that it is but a choice whether we want to stay in a ‘practicing mode’ or not. The fact that mistakes still happen though would indicate that one has not fully made that choice into one that sticks in every situation at any given time.
San’a’ke Da Akeyasan Amy San and All, 💙 Da’ka’ya for this expanding discussion about San, tonal space, and “practice”. In addition to the many Ascended teachings about the Now and the All, Da Pah Kwan Yin San recently shared privately to direct students that “there is no need to interpret anything from the past of the self or the other” and that “the only interpretation of reality that is real is San” along with the reminder to “choose a San based creality instead of a problem based reality.” As long as we are still creating linearity, I would think that with a consistent and continuous deepening of mastery of Self that supports the eventual dissolution of the self, this would cover our “future” as well. 😊
I, too, have found myself focusing on “practice” and have been feeling a little “at odds” with the “concept” of practice, at least, for the very reason Da Akeyasan Amy San expressed in her comment: I have noticed sometimes a “putting off into the future or simply an unconscious resistance to what is here now and available to fully step into all of the time. The above quote (“…what you express is what you get”) and Da Pah Kwan Yin San’s and Ascended Life’s further teachings on this always joyfully reminds me of the overarching soul choice I have made to be in service to the Whole and to ascend, which further serves to strengthen and deepen my focus, along with the choices I make and the actions I take.
Perhaps my/our “practicing” has been of benefit in the beginning of tonal space that we are currently in to assist us in seeing when we are creating linear directions vs. vectors and to see programming, patterning, vibrational habits, and unconscious aspects we are still letting in to deepen our mastery — the lack thereof, the very thing that keeps us from expanding further into tonal space. In this way we empower ourselves to make better and better, more and more expansive, second by second choices which strengthen the fuller discipline required to walk the Pah. The dictionary relates “practice” as a part of “discipline” and Ascended Life has used both terms. However, while I cannot fully articulate this at this time, I KNOW, on an indisputable feeling level, when I am conscious and aware, that the discipline of the Pah, and our training and experience thereof will go way beyond what I have ever considered “practice” in the past; it is moving from definition to non-definition, after all.
To me, this makes the necessity to actively express San, which gives the impulse in tonal space to make the reality I consciously and actively choose vital and vibrantly alive. It properly creates spherical vectors vs. linear directions and therefore, temporarily manifests the Pah, through which what is truly real can be accessed on more and more subtle and delicate, and expansive levels. If I am not expressing San or actively creating my reality through San, my experienced reality is “off” and it certainly does not feel vibrantly alive or vital at all — not always necessarily “bad” but mediocre at best. I am always grateful for this teach/learning (as Da Ra San would say in the Law of One). 😊🙏
At the end of the day though (metaphorically speaking), as Da Akeyasan Kalynda San shared in her comment, the best course of action is to fully embrace that it is “Time to step out of wondering how things will unfold and take back our power to create how we want things to unfold” and to express that all of the time.
If we do “fall off the wagon” here and there, we do know how to get back on, but better to remember second by second that we are the wagon and so much more (!) and that falling off is but a choice we can change. And, as Ascended Life and the Pahdasan’ka consistently and continually remind us, the second by second choices that take us to and keep us where we need to be are the ones that will empower us to merge with our metaphysical selves — which already exist and are ready and waiting for us to do just that!
I did not initially intend to write a blog but have thoroughly enjoyed expressing myself in this way. I also look forward to further discussion and expression by students on this simple and elegant topic and all that is Imzaia World. To interact with each other here is delightful and expansive beyond words!

Da’ka’ya ❤️ Yes, so true!
This is why it is so hugely important to monitor and consciously choose what we focus on.
A default habit of ‘my’ personality for instance is ‘scanning for practical implications’ and for ‘what if’s’, to prepare for my choices. These ‘what if’s’ have seemed innocent and just small considerations of a situation, but they are not. It is with these thoughts – even more so when voiced – that I leave space for anything that I actually do not wish to create. I have seen too often that these thoughts have more power than I want them to have and they divert my creations tremendously.
