Trust and Vibrational Habits

Peace is not the opposite of war. Peace is not the opposite of conflict or duality. For those that arrive in a state of tonal peace and comfort for the first time, after a stay in vibrational space, peace can be very challenging to get used to, once again due to vibrational habits that might still be in play.

In the space of the total, tonal self — which is where peace exists — everything is generated by the self as a holofractographic expression of the whole. When I say ‘everything is generated by the self’ in this sense, I also mean all possible memories of all possible realities that one has experienced in vibrational reality, all of which were ultimately self-generated.

To come, therefore, to a true sense of peace and comfort, this understanding must be reached. It is vital that one does, because it is this realization of the holofractographic relationship between the self, the other self, and the whole creator self, within a context of the lifetime or lifetimes lived within vibrational reality, that will bring one’s vulnerability to vibrational habits to a close once and for all.

In short, once one remembers that the memory of the vibrational self is ultimately one’s own creation, peace can arise as one expands into the tonal self and lets go of what was once believed to be real.

When one embraces the truth that it is not so that vibrational reality does not matter but instead that it matters in the sense that it assists in the incubation of the self growing to understand it is the whole — much like one would remember a dream one has had and now can use that dream to interpret a situation in waking life — one can reorganize one’s opinions and interpretations of one’s vibrational past by no longer seeing it as one’s entire history but merely a facet of a larger whole that one now can begin to embrace as the tonal self. That is when a state of true, tonal peace will occur for the student. At that point, any and all vibrational habits will cease by necessity, for one remembers that what one thought was one’s past, and therefore one’s future, is not more important than the plot of the many novels, movies, or tv shows most of you have undoubtedly read or watched during your vibrational lifetimes.

You will ultimately find, as all do, that you will not merely contemplate the vibrational experience from a perspective of true, tonal peace, the reasons of which I have just discussed, but that it will actually be remembered and treated as an experience that you very much enjoyed indeed… even though you may not think of your vibrational, dualistic lives in this way just yet.

Once the experience of it all is no longer so very all-encompassing, and once you can look at it all as a small but necessary part of a much bigger picture, your ability to interact with vibrational reality while remaining within a tonal one, will emerge, which can occur because of the fact that the smaller, vibrational self will always remain as its own sphere within the much larger spheres of the tonal and akeneic selves.

Contemplating some things that had come up in a private conversation with Da Pah Kwan Yin San I had an insight I’d like to share. ‘My’ personality always thought itself to have quite the positive attitude, but, always, also prepared for the negative outcome at the same time. A built-in protection (survival mechanism), to make sure to not be too disappointed if something turned out less positive after all. Of course this is extremely counterproductive reality creation.

Being made aware that I was still doing this, I first believed this must imply I do not dare to fully trust, and therefore, do not step into the truth in what we are being taught completely. This morning I clearly understood that this assumed implication actually was not at all true, it was merely me allowing the vibrational habit to run its course.

When this insight came in, the body immediately reacted with a strong negative greeting, which almost made the insight a fleeting one, ready to disappear from my awareness, because of the distraction created with the bodily response. This made me realize that it was an important insight, and I understood that a lot of my (our) reasons for doing, or thinking, the opposite of what we know to be true, is without real content to analyze or work through, but truly is just the vibrational habit still running its course because in that moment we are not taking charge by choosing our thoughts, and state of being, actively. The bodily response (not having achieved its goal) faded real fast after this.

Da’ka’ya Da Hana Akeyasan Amy San for sharing this important insight with us, as it surely is one that creates an ‘aha moment’ for many Akeyasans.

Any survival mechanism we might still hang on to is nothing but a vibrational habit, as you realized. Making assumptions only ever leads to complexity, misunderstandings, and other unnecessary vibrational situations and is, more often than not, founded on nothing but illusions. Once seen, however, it is easy to go beyond, as long as we – consistently and continuously – choose for San.

I would also like to second your expression of gratitude for the presence and continued loving guidance of Da Pah Kwan Yin San and all of Ascended Life. I feel extremely blessed for having these amazing teachers in our lives who help us face whatever we allow that might be holding us back – every step of the way.

In “Some Thoughts on Entering the Pah” Da Pah Lao Tze San shares:

“When earlier in this conversation Da Pah Kwan Yin San indicated that at the beginning of one’s day one seeks to step into the student body that one is, the vector of the Pah, the Vah of the Pah itself, you can look at it as though you are standing in your dressing room in the morning and you pick out your outfit of the day. But in this case you, as a tonal being, pick out your reality for the day, your very expression within that reality, which will cause that reality, and you merely decide that the other items that you have long since worn and that you have probably worn out, can stay in your wardrobe, in your closet, until they are needed, or they can be entirely removed because it is not these pieces, not these concepts with which you will even create your merkabaic personality codes with which you will enter vibrational reality in appropriate times. It is not those concepts at all.”

This is a great help to me in practicing choosing my thoughts and state of being actively and consciously, as you powerfully and vitally pointed out

I am loving revisiting this article, again and again, discovering more and more to deepen my understanding of vibrational habits, the futility of holding onto these habits at this point in my ascension path, and that by doing the latter, I am allowing myself, in simple terms, to resist being who I truly am and the fulfillment of my choice for soul ascension. Continuing to work with this article, in conjunction with Session 250 (originally titled “From the Desk of Ekara, a.k.a. The Personality Parasite) has been and is for me, a continuing, evolving experience in synthesizing and integrating the incredible ascended wisdom and guidance in these two articles, as well as opportunities to continue to explore any resistance to ascension that may be lurking in the shadows and to put all that I am learning into fruitful and truthful practice, in service to the whole, that counts for real.

My choice of the words ‘synthesize’ and ‘integrate’ have been significant in my experience as a student. The former is to put things together to make something new, for example, a new understanding; whereas, the latter is about blending separate things or parts (for example, new understandings) into a unified whole. The former is based in separation; the latter, in the context of these definitions or examples, at least, is based on the potential for unification and wholeness.

Hanging onto vibrational habits or any resistance to soul ascension then, as Ascended Life teaches us, would be better replaced by a whole-hearted, synthesized and integrated, consistent and continuous, embrace of the agreement we made (a long linear time ago) as explained by Da Pah Ekara San in Session 250; by honoring our experience in vibrational reality for what it taught us but leaving its habits behind; by consciously moving into tonality, vibrational-habit-free; and by studying and walking the Pah, for real.

Borrowing a little from Yoda 🥰 I am reminding myself to not just try or to just say, but to do, for real — a contemplation, focus, and practice I intend to do my utmost best to joyfully continue as part of my responsibility as a student, eager to learn, to expand and to evolve in fulfillment of our agreement of souls — with deep honor, gratitude, and above all, Love — for Ascended Life and everyone here, for the self, and for the whole, as together we “reinvent, regenerate, and rebirth ourselves, in the process thereof of not being a hindrance, or, worse, a stumbling block to (my/our) own evolution” (partially quoted from the Description by Da Pah Kwan Yin San for Session 250).

It is why I am/we are here and it is time.

I noticed I am da! I am beginning to be less confused by all the Hanas in this group. Please bear with my discoveries and indulgences. I still haven’t found where all the smiley faces, emoji’s are materialized from. That said: I had to read this through several times over several days, making notes the 2nd time. I suppose I am reformulating this presentation in my words (or words I have adopted). GO:

It is all you, you are the dreamer and the universe. Time and space are the result of duality and separateness. Resistance to the movement of yin and yang (contrast), diminishes resources of light and energy by fragmentation into more dimensions. The study of the Pah is the elimination of fragmentation by the reunification of the akash into one body, one persona. (So schizophrenia is not just a chemical imbalance)

Like the unification of countless bodies (energies) are combined to make up the body of Jesus or Yeshua, countless ascended masters and other energies would make up another incomprehensibility. This may be incomprehensible to the mind but may be experienced in other ways. Perhaps as if there were a temporary crack in one’s shell or a shift of the grid within the luminous body.

There is only trust when one is complete as part of the whole (reunited with the great masters?). When moving into the Pah or whole there is only truth and no question of trust. Achieving trust is a way to test out (feel) another dimension before stepping into it; that is before making it real or truth. With mastery one is able to move between dimensions without hesitation; experienced and fearless. Once we understand we all agreed (or we fragmented from the one) to participate in the experience of this drama, that we are equal participants, then we can shift the grid of our luminosity and perceive, embrace, enter and be the tonal Pah. We have come to trust the truth, or we walked the rainbow bridge between heaven and earth.

Waves may produce a sense of up and down which we experience as duality. I also experience another consciousness that emits waves of reality which creates universes and dimensions (and that has stars for eyes).

In more separateness there is interplay complexity between trust, expectations, and circumstances; these are manipulated by the mind. I do see that the mortal body and limited consciousness is rooted in the adonai’ka (belly kakra). Also In Traditional Chinese medicine it is also where the energy of the Kidney which is called the “will” resides. To me the will holds the spirit in the physical body during this lifetime until the kidneys are exhausted. The Kidney Yin (and the blood are like substance) which ground the energy (spirit) in our bodies, preventing our spirit from roaming. When our spirit is with us in our body we are connected to our creativity, feel grounded and calm. It is beneficial to cultivate yin (calmness and stillness) through meditation, nutrition and other means. In fact yin and blood may be enhanced best through nutrition. So even nutrition helps us to connect to trust and truth.

Da’ka’ya for your contemplation and input. I love the way you are diving into the material and are sharing your perspectives. The journey through the Imzaia Material is also a very personal one and we all have pieces to complete each other’s puzzles, perspectives and quests.

Just a little tip regarding emojis, we pull them in via our computer systems (the emoji keyboard of the operating system itself). 😇

Good point about schizophrenia and such. We have heard many times in teachings that this is mostly occurring because of limiting and ever narrowing perspectives and pathways.

Regarding trust and becoming the whole, although we then will certainly also will feel one with the Ascended Teachers as far as I understand this, it goes much further than this and is literally being one with everything and everyone. There is an exercise connected to this which you will come to know, it is called the inter-creational relationship. It’s quite deep, but in short, it allows you to connect to any being, any part of nature, a thought or anything really, and acknowledge that you are its creator and it is your creation, while at the same time acknowledging that it is your creator and that you are its creation. Da Pah Kwan Yin San teaches this exercise in depth and will also share it here at some point.

Today I truly focused on this teaching again, and what I wrote in the comment below is still very true. This information fills me with joy and excitement because I continue to understand this on a deeper level and I can feel the expansion it can bring and already is beginning to do.

As I mentioned on an other post, recently I came face to face with the fact that my trust was not as total as I believed it to be and while this is changing already I clearly see that the vibrational habits of my personality/mind/ego construct would continue to seek out the waves of duality as well.

Da Pah Kwan Yin San mentions in this discussion that trust is a creational effort. This also is something that I take away from connecting to this teaching again. Although I have been very aware of the fact that going back in forth between trust and doubt does not assist reality creation because one is obviously not clear in what one wants to create, but so far I did not see it as a creational effort, something that can be used as a force so to speak.

I will also continue and deepen my contemplation and expand my perception of the following piece as discussed by Da Pah Kwan Yin San above:

“When observed without emotion or engagement, one can come to understand that this process of perceived separation of the self, the other self, and the whole, is precious, because it essentially allows for the self to learn to trust the other self and the whole. Once this occurs, however, those parts, once perceived as separate, can be seen for what they truly are: oneness reflected in oneness, infinitely and eternally so. Then, there is no more need for that gap between the perceived individuality of the self and the otherness of the reality in which the self finds itself.”

Da’ka’ya, oh so very much. My heart keeps leaping into somersaults. I am so happy and grateful that these teachings are available to all who want to connect to it and grow from it. 🙏🏻And I very much look forward to the expansion of this discussion and all that is to come! Da’ka’ya, again! ❤️

San’a’ke 🥰 Da’ka’ya for sharing your experience Da Hana Akeyasan Amy San. I have been re-visiting this supporting study in the Study of the Pah, too. There is quite a LOT to contemplate and practically apply in our lives to assist us in dropping vibrational habits and experiencing tonality. This part really stands out for me and feels related to your insightful comment:

“In a way, you can be said to be creating these up and down waves yourself, therefore, in the sense that you do not just seek them out but generate them because you have come to expect them as part of your living, or having lived, in the vibrational, frequential realms. That, in this case, is a vibrational habit you have taken on as your own, much like many others have. And because you are not yet used to the normal flow of tonal space — where, when rising yourself up you not only stay up but continue to rise unhindered, with no friction to stop your upward momentum nor your expansion — you seek the comfort of the vibrational habit without yet having come to the understanding that those mechanisms, in tonal space, will no longer support you in any way.”

As I go through my days, I am consciously looking at this to turn around ways I create my reality where expectations play a role, as well as any moments of habit stop an upward spiral. This paragraph by Da Pah Kwan Yin San reminds me of what the Ojadasan’ka has said about “beliefs” and that the way out of them is to stop believing in beliefs. Similarly, I will be focusing on not identifying with vibrational habits strictly from the habitual expectation that comes with them and continuing to rise.

I am delighted by the feeling of safety and hope this discussion brings in my heart. Da’ka’ya 🙏

It is quite something to realise that :
For those that arrive in a state of tonal peace and comfort for the first time, after a stay in vibrational space, peace can be very challenging to get used to.
The more I learn about vibrational habits, the more I realise how much unnecessary weight one carries in vibration reality with so many habits one is not aware of! ( even aware of them, it takes a while not to repeat them over an over again… )
Understanding that : everything is generated by the self as a holofractographic expression of the whole gives the solution to get rid of many inner conflicts, unless one is naive enough to think not being vulnerable to vibrational habits…
I am so glad Ascended Life is here to teach us the Study of the Pah.

There is a lot to say about this discussion covering important topics and putting many things together for a better understanding of what vibrations and frequencies do.

Reading these words helps me to reach a different level of understanding why it is so important not identify with a separate self (swimming inside an eggshell of vibrational habits).

I enjoy a lot learning how to love and embrace the experience of perceived separation of the self.

San’a’ke o Da’ka’ya Da Pah Kwan Yin San for this Ascended perspective regarding Trust and Truth. In a vibrational paradigm, it has typically felt to me like ‘The Little Engine That Could’, moving from ‘I think I can, I think I can’, to eventually ‘I know I can, I know I can’, convincing oneself that it is OK to trust in something, be it the self, another self, or the reality one wants to create, all of which is perceived outside the self, and can only be based in separation. Even if I successfully created a reality I wanted to create, I could never be sure how I got there, reinforcing the feeling of disempowerment along with separation from my creations – or said another way, from my expression and my experience.

Understanding this gap that always felt problem-based to me, what helps me most as a student of the Pah, is what you have also shared privately (so far) to your direct students: “The only interpretation of reality that is real is San; all else is illusion”. With this as a growing and expansive internal focus, and with understanding the relationship between Trust and Truth as building blocks of San in a tonal paradigm, I don’t feel dis-empowered.

The feeling that I am fully responsible for what I express and experience in the ‘wholeness’ that is San, makes all the difference in the world and is exciting! I look forward to continued practice and application of all that you expressed in this important teaching about San, Trust, Truth, Illusion, and Reality Creation.

San’a’ke 🙏 Da’ka’ya Da Pah Kwan Yin San for this tonal perspective on trust.

I have been reading and rereading this particular teaching for the last hour or so to clearly understand the different (vibrational and tonal) perspectives on just this one concept: trust.

From what I understand, trust, from a vibrational point of view, is based on separation – internal and external reality; something, which has to be ‘achieved’.

Would it be correct to say that trust, expressed through San, simply is present as a kind of innate knowingness that San is what we are? Is trust even necessary when one truly expresses San?
