Transcending Anger

Quote from Da Amber San on December 12, 2024, 4:10 pmSource: Mojiji YT Channel:
Description: "In this heartfelt exchange, a student shares the transformation he has experienced through Satsang but still seeks help with anger that occasionally arises in daily life. Moojibaba responds clearly and practically, highlighting the identity of the one who is apparently struggling with this issue. Through the guidance of observing with detachment, the anger is used as an opportunity to recognise our true nature as the uninvolved witness. “What keeps the anger alive? The sense of ‘me’ is the fuel for this anger. Can the ‘me’ also be included in the seeing? Can you recede to the space that is beyond even ‘me’ and its anger? When you are out of it, you’ll know immediately that it didn’t exist. It doesn’t exist in the place of being. It only exists in the place of becoming—the place of the person. But there is a place which is beyond autobiography—Here, the most true place.”

Quote from Eleanor McGinty on January 13, 2025, 2:12 pmI seeked this topic and this message. I can relate so deeply with the questions and feelings that it has given me the answers I seek in dealing with my own anger bouts, and what I often refer to as my sacred rage. Thank you 🙏

Anger can be an interesting one when it comes to acceptance and balance.
Ultimately, like with any emotion, anger too is merely an inverted expression of the original, permanent states of Sankara, known as Love, Joy, Freedom, Truth, Life, Gratitude, Grace, and Well-being.
When experiencing anger, if one can allow one self to "remember" that one actually "loves" and "is grateful for" that, which one mistakenly experiences anger over, or anger from, the stepping stones of the third, sixth, and ninth permutation of the permanent states quickly become accessible and one can leave the morass and return to the path of sankara and vahbada in the flow of pahrana and, therefore, to the active remembrance of the song of creation, which one now once again realizes one is always singing and expressing, melting away the ego-mind-personality complex in the process.
Blessings to all beings.

PS. The Queen's Chamber Humming as shared previously by beloved Isis of ancient Egypt always helps too.
