Da’ka’ya Cosmic Twelve for this simple, beautiful quote. It brings me immediately to the understanding that only the ‘now’ exists and it gives me a big smile that life – this now is always just beginning. ❤️

San’a’ke ❤️

Focusing on this simple exercise immediately creates an incredible feeling of expansion for me. A myriad of images is flashing by, as I am contemplating my eternal beingness. For this brief minute, the physical vessel my consciousness is currently inhabiting completely vanishes and becomes one with all the forms of expression throughout time and space. No thoughts. No more separation…

Fleeting. Fleeting still, this feeling of complete oneness and infinite expansiveness, but it is there. I have a choice to access it in every moment. A truly powerful exercise.

It also brought home again the value and importance of really studying these sessions not just as a whole, but one sentence at a time, discovering gems that had previously eluded me.

San’a’ke ❤️ Making a REAL effort to do this is Life-changing. This always helps me to remember to choose my thoughts and focus and that I am in charge of what I express and experience, in every single moment, along with the impact I have on all that ‘surrounds’ me. When I do so, I feel REAL, much more than what the mind-ego-personality would want me to believe or experience, and when I feel uplifted in this way, I know this is uplifting to so-called ‘others’. The more I do this, the more natural it is and Life flows, without thinking about it, and that feels wonderful. If I am not in this ‘space’ it always feels ‘off’ and I can simply choose to begin again neutrally without self-judgment, knowing that nothing can be judged outside of the eternal self. Da’ka’ya, Cosmic Twelve for reminding us not only to always begin again in every moment but also for showing us what is real and what is illusion and to actively feel the difference and the empowerment that comes with this simple and empowering practice.
