How Thoughts Create Separation

Da Solarys San

Once ‘One’ is disturbed, it becomes two, and three, etc. and the potential for unbalance is created.

One of those potentials, you could even call it the strongest of the lot, is called separation.

Although external thoughts create these finite and extremely limited states of existence, the mental creature latches on to it, because in doing so it credits itself as a unique individual. It is the continuous rebirth of the personality or the ego within you.

As such, unbalance is manifested by the Self, even though the soul does not choose it. Thoughts based on mental power take away a total connection to all things, places, people and times that ever were, that are, and that ever will be.

It happens only when you give your power away, never forget that simple truth.

San’a’ke 💖
You HAVE a mind, but you are NOT your mind.
You HAVE thoughts, but you are NOT your thoughts.
Your ability to acknowledge that is your Liberty.

San’a’ke 🙏

In ‘the Practice of Being Here Now’, Da Ojadasan’ka Adamus Valen San speaks about fully and completely inhabiting the now moment. When we do so, there is no space for mental thoughts, and as soon as we allow ourselves to identify with even one thought, a chain reaction happens and one thought latches onto the next and the next within nanoseconds… and we are not in the now anymore.

Da Solarys San says to never forget the simple truth that when we do identify with mental thoughts, we give our power away. When we give our power away, we are no longer in charge of our reality creation and we uphold the illusion of separation.

Da Pah Ekara San once explained that there are only four directions mind can go: into the past of the self or the future of the self and into the past of the other and the world or the future of the other and the world – a good exercise is to examine one’s thoughts in order to guage whether one is here now (expansive) or in any of the four mental directions (restrictive).

San’a’ke ❤️

This is another quote that provides great practice. I know from experience that what is described is so true, and I am sure that everyone recognizes situations that are just good and simple, become mental and challenging when you start allowing all kind of thoughts about it. When I allow this to happen, I immediately can feel the effect on the body, physically and emotionally.

When I catch this happening within myself and am not able to shift back to San with it immediately, I choose to focus elsewhere first, and revisit the situation when I can do so neutrally again. This then is the end of the difficulty I was experiencing with a situation, simply because it was not there to begin with. Added thoughts (because of filters) were the complication.

San’a’ke Da Akeyasan Amy San 💖,

It surely is quite the dilemma when we choose to allow unconscious thoughts (or aspects) that were never real in the first place to create our reality for us. A good ‘adage’ for me to keep in my awareness is that if I think I need to revisit anything, to Think Again From The Heart — which as Da Pah Lao Tze San once said ‘knows it thinks’; whereas, the mind only ‘thinks it knows.’ From my experience, if we are totally honest with ourselves, we know when we are giving our power away in the fashion Da Solarys San described and when we are not. For me, anytime I have given my power away, the lack of total connection to things, places, people and times that ever were, that are, and that ever will be — in separation — is palpable. Da’ka’ya Da Solarys San for this simple truth which never, ever should be forgotten, and da’ka’ya Da Amy San for your honesty and love. 💖
